New Blog For A New Body
This blog has purpose. I have a severe weight problem and am very concerned for all aspects of my well being. My body is slowing breaking down more each day. My mind is distracted most of the time by the facts that my body presents. My spirit is waning as my meditation times are sapped by my lack of focus.
This blog is going to be a diary of sorts. I will post everything I eat and all exercises I do each and everyday. I may post pictures each week so progress can be seen by me and anyone who happens by. My thought on this blog is that by making my actions public, I may develope a sense of accountability.
I will from time to time write about my experiences in martial arts and the development of warrior prowess.

Today was a very good class. Keith has come leaps and bounds from 3 months ago, maybe even a week ago. There is definition to his movement and strikes.
The quote below sums up how I feel about my training. We must create our own rules for our bodies, in order to be effective in physical combat.
Morpheus: I’ve seen an agent punch through a concrete wall. Men have emptied entire clips at them and hit nothing but air, yet their strength and their speed are still based in a world that is built on rules. Because of that, they will never be as strong or as fast as you can be.
